What is the best time of day to use Alere Skincare’s Retinol Rejuvenating Serum?
We recommend using our Retinol Rejuvenating Serum at night. However, you can also apply it during the daytime as long as you follow up with a moisturizer with SPF 30 or higher. Also, consider topping this off with a Hyaluronic Acid moisturizing cream to seal the product onto and into your skin.
How do I use The Three Layer set together?
Begin by applying Alere Skincare’s Vitamin C Serum, which experts recommend you use first in the morning. Use our Hyaluronic Acid Cream Moisturizer and Retinol at night for the most efficacy.

All Alere Skincare products should be used within 12 months after opening the packaging.

Does Alere Skincare offer free shipping?
YES, free shipping for orders over $75 in the US and Canada only.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Once we’ve shipped your package, you’ll receive an email containing all of the tracking information you need.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship Alere Skincare products to the U.S, and Canada, However, we are hard at work to expand our reach and bring our tailored skincare products to the rest of the world. We invite you to sign up for our newsletter for developments in this regard.
How does your returns policy work?
All unopened products – with the seal still intact on the outer packaging – are eligible for returns and refunds. Please email your request to info@alereskincare.com to initiate the return process as swiftly as possible. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
How long do returns take?
It normally takes around 7-10 days to process returns, with refunds taking an additional 3-5 days to reflect in your account. If your money does not appear after this time, please check with your bank or credit card company.
